Los Angeles · no approved stall tonight

Text your regulars a pickup link.

The plaza doesn’t have an approved vendor yet. Open an unlisted page for your corner, then text that link. A verification email confirms the address you enter. Paid checkout stays off until an operator approves the stall.

Want to see the loop first? Rosa’s animated demo holds no food and charges nothing.

Three starter dishes and tonight’s windows are filled in for you. Change them after the link exists.

We’ll email a verification link. The customer link is the one to text. Practice reservations hold no food and charge no money.

This is a glimpse. Be first on the list.

Puesto Fijo is opening one corridor at a time in Los Ángeles. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the night the first stalls near you go live — whether you’re hungry, cooking, or want to run the window.

One window, three people

Everyone at the window has a name.

01

The neighbour

Watch, reserve, walk over.

See who’s cooking nearby right now, hold a plate in a fifteen-minute window, and collect it in person. No signup wall between you and dinner.

02

The vendor

Cook to a number you already know.

Go live from the stall, cap how much of tonight’s batch is held, and hand it over at the window. Knowing what’s sold is worth more than another discount app.

03

The host

Runs the camera, calls the names.

The person on site keeps the queue honest, greets pickups by name, and releases no-shows back to the line. Pickup staffing and pay are agreed with the vendor before service.

The deal

Menu price. 79¢ to hold it — only if you collect.

No markupNo discountNo charge for a no-show

Nobody is paying you to show up and nobody is marking up the food. The 79¢ is charged only when the plate is in your hand. You’re buying certainty — that the stall two blocks away still has it, that it’ll be ready in fifteen minutes, and that the walk won’t be wasted.

Open an unlisted pickup page, text it to the people who already line up, and verify the email we send. You decide how much of tonight’s batch gets held — the rest stays for the walk-up regulars. There is no discount field anywhere, on purpose.

The link stays off the plaza until your email, permit and payout are approved.
